coffee facilitiesdisappointing breakfast
i found some issues . there were no coffee facilities in the room. i had to wait to cross the road to starbucks each morning. also, breakfast had some issues i was expecting more, there was no butter for toast on two days.

The room was spacious with comfortable beds and good amenities. The architecture is amazing and it looks just like the pictures. The hotel concierge will arrange travel and tours. The staff speaks english.
The rooms are a bit shabby in parts with chips in the bath. Furniture is in need of touch up. The cleaning was superficial. I had to change rooms due to problems with air conditioning.

The suite was elegant and comfortable. The location was great, close to many attractions..
I booked a tour through reception. There was no English guide, no proper information was given and I was squashed into a car with another couple to sit in silence for over two hours each way in blazing sunshine without AC.
